Parkland Cyclists Polar Bear Ride 2010

Start your new year out right by joining us on the Parkland Cyclists’ annual Polar Bear ride on Friday, January 1, 2010 at 12:30pm.

Free 2010 membership for anyone that shows up in a polar bear suit!

This years ride will start at the St. Joe State Park Pim day use area. This area is located just inside the main gate (same gate used to access the off-road riding area) about .5 miles down on your right. You will see pavilions and playground equipment.

We will have two routes for this years ride. The first route will travel along the entire 12 mile paved park trail. This is an awesome trail and a must ride if you’ve never been here before.

The second route will follow the first route on the 12 mile paved park trail and will then exit the park and for an extended (20 – 30 mile) road ride.

Join us after each route for refreshments and snacks.

If you have any questions please email club President Kurt Glore.

See you there!!
