Possum Hollow Ride - A fun and hilly road ride south of Farmington.  Parking at Engler Park and pedaling East to H Hwy.  Cross H Hwy onto Copenhagen and follow that to a right turn onto Old Fredericktown. Turn right at Possum Hollow and continue on a hilly ride to DD Hwy at Knob Lick.  Make a left on DD for a short distance then a left  on Knob Lick Rd.  Follow Knob Lick Rd. to a left back onto  Old Fred. where you can follow back to Engler Park.  This ride is about 20 miles, has some houses with some dogs, but is a good example of rural riding around the Parkland.

Cow Girl Cafe Ride- This is a fun ride that takes you from the middle of St. Joe State park to the Cow Girl Cafe south of Bismark, MO and back via a slightly altered route. The ride is nearly 30 miles in total and ascends one of the toughest climbs in the area (Loughboro Road). Follow Pimville road out of St. Joe State Park north towards hwy 32. Make a left at Hwy 32 and then a quick left onto B Hwy. Take B Hwy to Loughboro Road and make a right. Get ready to climb as the ascent of Loughboro Mountain comes fast. There may be some dogs in the area but in all of the times that I’ve ridden this route they have been harmless. Continue on Loughboro Road until you reach Rock Road. Make a left on Rock road and follow that until you reach Grider Road. Make a right on Grider. Use extreme caution when crossing Hwy 32 on Grider Road. After crossing 32 continue along Grider Road until you reach the Cow Girl Cafe. Stop in and have lunch or use the rest rooms. They have always been very kind and fill up bottles or whatever we need. A small tip may show your gratitude. On the return follow Grider road back to the Rock Road. Take the Rock Road as far as you can(you will pass Loghboro but continue on as the return takes a different route). At the end of Rock Road you will be at Hwy 32. Take the shoulder of 32 a slight distance to Kings Road. Take Kings road all the way back to Hwy 32 (this will put you further down on 32). Take the shoulder on 32 again for a slightly longer distance this time until you reach Old Bismark Road. This will take you back to B Hwy (you will find this familiar as we used B Hwy at the beginning of the ride). Follow B Hwy back to 32 once again and then make a right onto Pimville road. There is a nice climb on Pimville to finish out the ride. Enjoy!

Kaintuck Trail (Mtn. Bike) -West of Rolla Mo is an off-road, hilly, rocky, rutted, creek-filled 14 mile treasure in the Mark Twain National Forest. There is a 175′ natural bridge with a creek running under it and large enough to walk through. The trails are both rough and steep in areas and meandering and pine-covered on ridgetops. There is a huge drained pond with a spring that flows 3 million gallons a day. The trails are marked well and easily followed with a map from the Forest website. One more note, the trail is multi-use, bikes must yield to horses. If you have some fat tires, and one, or better two, shocks on your ride, the Kaintuck is a fun and challenging trail.
We have several new rides to be added this year!
